My name is Suzy Mondoux and I am an Occupational/Physiotherapy Assistant with recent and significant experience in cancer rehabilitation as well as a managerial background in the retirement sector.   

Over the last several years I forged a new career path and, in 2017 at 41 years old, I completed the inaugural two-year OTA/PTA program with honours at Algonquin College, Ottawa. 

In July of 2017, I successfully completed the gold-standard 135-hour Complete Decongestive Therapy/Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder technique) offered through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS) that, is recognised by the Lymphedema Association of Ontario as well as the Lymphedema Association of North America (LANA). 

Since graduating, I have been assisting physiotherapy patients in an Ottawa clinic offering cancer and orthopedic care using such treatments as; manual lymph drainage (MLD), laser therapy, strength/exercise training, and compression fitting.

Over the past year, manual lymphatic drainage has become my passion.  This passion has encouraged me to take a step out on my own and share my training with those who are interested in receiving a holistic, hands on approach to moving the body’s lymph fluid naturally out of the body.
